Mindee is the owner of Juicebox Consulting where she helps Mom inventors through the joys and trials of bringing their ideas to life while they juggle the heart tugs and demands of a family. Nicole Torrence- Certified Sleep Consultant and Daycare Expert
Nicole Torrence, originally from Germany, came to the United States in 2006 as an au pair where she started working with 4 month old triplets. In 2008 she started studying child development and worked with individual babies and multiples (twins and triplets) for 6 years. Nicole has her Bachelors Degree in Child Development and currently works at a daycare as a lead teacher. In July of 2014 she gave birth to her son. Meyleen Velasquez- Perinatal Mental Health Specialist
Meyleen Velasquez, LCSW, RPT-S specializes in infant and maternal mental health. She is passionate about helping families with young children to thrive. She has served as the Chair of the Florida chapter of Postpartum Support International, on a committee of the Florida Infant Mental Health Association, and as the president for the Florida Association for Play Therapy. She co-authored a chapter in the book “Touch in Child Counseling and Play Therapy: An Ethical and Clinical Guide” on the considerations of touch with an abused infant. Having worked as part of the Miami Child Well-Being Court Model, Meyleen has served as an expert witness in the areas of infant mental health and play therapies.
She is passionate about creating positive communities through the use of age and population appropriate interventions and hopes to continue advancing the field of perinatal mental health.
